We can ship to virtually any address of all over the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to force majeure, like Muslim country sometime won't accept sexual products express. And our service will contact you once this happen before shipping out your package.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

1. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.

2. The buyer need to pay for the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

About Shipping Insurance Fee

1. You can purchase a Shipping Insurance Fee to get a faster re-shipment and refund if your package is lost, stolen, damaged in transit with a courier within 30 days.

2. If your order is refunded before shipment, the insurance cost will be refunded to your original payment account. In other cases, the insurance cost may not be refunded.

Additional Notes

1. The local logistics deliver packages on business days (Mon. - Fri.). Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be delivered to you safely and punctually, please provide your shipping address in which you can receive the package on workday.

2. Please make sure your phone is on because the shipper might contact you via phone. Some shipping services may need the customer's signature to complete the delivery. If we ship the package to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or an authorized person are at the delivery address.

Forbidden by Air Shipping Hence we can not include

2. DC Battery for remoter
3. Other goods may be forbidden by air occasionally

Warranty

*Please note that we provide 6 months warranty if there is no human damage to our products due to it is private-body touch stuffs.
* If would like to claim your warranty, please firstly send all the proofs and details of the broken parts to info@coswoxex.com, and we will send your tickets and contact you on Whatsapp or call.
*We will provide different solutions for your warranty not only including change, repair, send repair parts, etc. We will give the concret solutions once we get in touch with you.
